Reginald Baird – Staging Administrator
Having trained with Arthur McLaughlin in the fine art of Resale Design, Reginald’s responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, touring properties and developing design plans, proposal and contract generation, project management, creation of marketing and PR materials and maintaining website and digital media. In addition, he uses his expert eye to ensure the integrity of all staging projects and maintain our high standards by regularly visiting each of our installations. His myriad skills and customer service experience allow him to expertly liaise with our sophisticated clientele and support our capable and friendly administrative and accounting staffs.
Brian Allen – Staging Manager
Brian attended the Art Institute in Atlanta, Georgia where he earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Cultural Geography and Multi-Cultural Studies from California State University in Sonoma. He has been designing interiors for over six years in the bay area. Brian has the skills and expertise in residential renovations, color selection, space designing and floral design, which he brings to Arthur McLaughlin & Associates. With an attention to detail, his main goal is to show a property in the best possible light.
Brian Saldarini – Senior Staging Designer
Brian has been designing interiors for over 10 years. Brian received his BA in Interior Design from California State University, Sacramento and has since refined and strengthened his skills working for Arthur McLaughlin. He also employed his expertise on the renovation of an historic Julia Morgan home. His talents include space planning, lighting design, and designs created to exhibit precious art collections. Brian supervises over 200 elaborate residential installations per year and divides his time working with clients from both resale staging and private residential design.
Kevin Colangelo – Staging Designer
Having received a BA in Asian Art History from the University of Colorado Boulder, Kevin has worked for the Denver Art Museum, the San Francisco Asian Art Museum, and the Phoebe A. Hearst Museum of Anthropology in Berkeley. In addition to his background in the world of fine art, Kevin brings expertise in floral design and event production to our Staging Division. He has worked in numerous venues and settings in his 12 years in San Francisco.
Grant Stiles – Assistant Staging Designer
Under the practiced hand of our design team, Grant quickly learned the fine points of home staging and has become a vital asset to our team. His intrinsic flair and eye for style bring a fresh prospective and a modern aesthetic to our design team.
Craig Thomson – Fine Arts
Craig received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from the University of North Texas in 2001. He exhibited work in Wyoming and Texas before settling in San Francisco in 2007. Since then, he has worked under the patronage of Arthur McLaughlin, creating a broad variety of work for use in both residential and commercial design projects. In addition, his understanding of color, light and space make him a valuable asset to the staging design team.
